This is a vintage ALLSTATE (sears?) timing light. APC-5 made by peerless for allstate. The copyright date on the manual is 1956. AC electric powered. Comes with original paperwork and box. I don't have a way to test it but looks to be in pretty good condition. Some cracking on cord where it attaches to base. Very cool old piece of automotive test equipment. See picf for details.
