Used wheel weights-all types included (Stick on & hammer on) double boxed and double-taped. I have picked through several times removing everything that is not lead but could have still missed something. This is the reason for a couple extra pounds. The picture is only a representation and not the actual product you will receive. I have not sold lead in a while & have forgotten all the places where they are not supposed to be shipped but I believe California, Military Bases, & Post Office Boxes. Ships USPS Medium Flat Rate box. Most of the time I can get them shipped next day when payment is made.
