Compatible with OTC 5081. Allows you use it as a lever against the axle to separate the spring loop from the brake shoe. Fasten the spring loop in the tab of 5081 tool;. Push down & inward the handle of the 5081 tool until the spring loop is fixed firmly to the brake shoes.
