Brand new never used. These are for the Ratchet bodies only. Some of them do have a little bit of grease on them but nothing crazy. Overall, they are an excellent unused condition. At the very least they will clean up perfectly brand new. You can rebuild them. Trade them back into Kobalt for new or whatever your preference is. I have lots that include lovers and lots that do not. This lot includes levers.
