Why use a screwdriver to remove the oil seal?. The 58430 Shaft Seal Puller will easily remove camshaft and crankshaft seals without damaging the shaft. (1) Find the seal you want to remove, (2) Remove anything that will hinder/obstruct its removal (ie cam pulley, crank pulley, etc.), (3) Pick up the 58430 pulley and place the end piece (small black hook) into the seal, (4) adjust the silver bar against any solid.
