Easy to use, just plug and play. Cut the old belt off and put the new belt on the stretch wheel, then simply plug the tool and rotate the wheel to fully fasten the belt into the wheel. Double sided design allows the tool to work on both A/C and main drive pulleys when installing stretch belts on GM 5.3L, 6.2L, and 6.6L gas engines.
