This is a new old stock Ammco factory 9302111 crossfeed leadscrew shaft for several models of brake lathes (see details in photos, and always refer to your specific model's literature to verify fitment before purchasing). It's been sitting on a shelf in my garage for 20+ years (I'm a former distributor/service center and parted ways with Hennessy in '05).
