This is a new old stock Ammco factory 903904 centering cone for brake lathes with a 1" arbor. It's been sitting on a shelf in my garage for 20+ years. The technical specs say 1.703" x 2.750" (43.26mm x 69.85mm). It's in its original packaging and has the factory stamp "3904".
