This is a new old stock Ammco factory 9401461 Large Drive Pulley (3/4" center hole) and pin kit for 3000, 4000, 4100, 7000, and 7100 brake lathes that use a poly-V or serpentine system. This 4-piece set includes the roll pin, rubber tube, and instruction sheet. It's been sitting on a shelf in my garage since 2005, but shows no signs of rust.
