From what I know from my father- This has been in family for generations', Hè said it is a battery tester that was standard equipment for Ford Model A....(or T) -but I may be wrong on that, but pretty sure....let me know if you have any info pls. it is heavy gauge metal with a wood handle,,,OAK assumed, all original.... weighs 1 pound...review pics! Nice wall hanger, I actually had it on hand (DECORATIVE wall piece :) Garage, den etc. It is untested as far as viability; some minimal corrosion as seen in pic!
