They work fine 2 the switch on or off. When I rocked the switch a lil bit (in the middle area that is not designed to stay there) they would flash as shown in the video so the flasher component does work! You'd just need to set it up for modes or on/off and flash and right now that option doesn't exist with a 2 button rocker on/off or I'm not understanding something. Sold AS IS AS IS NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. Lights work as shown in video...as is, maybe even just to collect this old thing here and put it on your wall at home. I dunno, but as is for parts no returns.
