This is a nice used Auto-Test Voltage Regulator Tester Model 1085 for a car maintenance/repair shop. This is a good quality one made in the USA. **NOTE: This one doesn't come with any leads and I have no way of testing to see how it works. As you can see in the pictures, I plugged it in (plugs into normal 120V outlet) and it lights up and appears to work as it should - all the buttons/switches & lights.
