Lead attaches to a reinforced captive threaded screw section in the clamp as detailed in last picture (unlike cheaper versions which have just have a lug to push on a spade clip which often comes loose in operation), Note that a STAINLESS machine screw is provided to suit the thread in the captive section as per the pics but the electrical ring terminal cable clamp itself (as shown in last pic) is not supplied as you should ideally match this to the same size/gauge as whatever wire you are using. "EXCELLENT SUPER QUALITY CLAMPS!!! A little expensive but will outlast nearly all other clamps therefore worthwhile.
