This is a brand new never used hand held car vacuum that plugs into your cigarette lighter outlet. The vacuum is in the original box and comes complete with the instruction manual. The box has been opened however the unit has never been used and the cord is wrapped as it was originally shipped. There is a hole in the handle of the vacuum for storage of the 12V plug (see photo).
