Blue-Point AV1000A Deluxe Air Vacuum Kit Snap-On Pneumatic w/ Bag & Attachments. It works good. It is missing the clip off the back of the bag. It broke in half at some point. I always just held it together with my hand or put a zip tie on it when I used it. It is pretty scratched up but does not affect function.
