This flywheel lock tool was designed around a2006 BMW 325i (E90) with the N52 engine and Getrag 6-speed manual. It positively locates on thebellhousing dowel at the 6-o’clock position and uses a sacrificial pin (e.g., anold aluminum bellhousing bolt or similar) to hold the tool while you torque the flywheel/pressure-plate bolts.
