This cloth fender cover appears to be new but I'm listing as used just to be safe. The photos show measurements at 36" tall. The cover is folded in half for ease of photo taking but the length is actually 60" not 30". So the size is 36" x 60". Panel sheet does not have any magnets just a cloth cover.
