This is a new old stock Coats factory 8181855 (181855) b.l. center pad with NO bolt holes for 50/60/70/X series tire changers. It's been sitting on a shelf in my garage for 25 years, back when Coats still made parts in TN. It measures about 7 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1 1/2". I've found these listed for $44 - $195.
