This is a Coats p/n 8111083 preset regulator used in the inflation pressure limiter assembly found on most Coats tire changers including 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000 and APX series. My dad was the Coats factory service center in the Central Florida region from '97-'04 and these have been sitting on a shelf in my garage since then. I've seen these listed online for $112-$122.
