This is a new old stock factory Coats 181953 bead loosener shoe, handle & pivot weldment complete for a 5060 or 5065 that's been sitting on a shelf in my garage since 2002. My brother ordered it for a customer and when he went to install it, the guy changed his mind so the box is open and there's greasy fingerprints on it, but it was never used. Also, because the box was open, some liquid or chemical got on it so it has some discoloration and some rust on one edge of the back of the shoe, neither of which affect its function. I found one listed online for $431, but because this one isn't pristine, I'm asking a lot less.
