This is a new old stock factory Coats 8183641 helper arm hold down foot that fits various APX series and rim clamp tire changers equipped with a bead pressing helper arm. This is not aftermarket, it came directly from Hennessy in the early 2000's and has been sitting on a shelf in my garage since then. I saw another one listed online for $263 that looks slightly different with the same part number so either Coats changed it over the years or that one is aftermarket.
