This a new old stock Coats factory 83000142 spring - control pedal made in 2000 UPC# 667420104529 in its original padded envelope and printed barcode labels. This fits most rim clamp tire changers including 9010A, 9010E, 9024E (see notes in photos, and always refer to your specific model's literature to verify fitment before purchasing).
