This is a new old stock Coats 84197703 flow regulator for 9024A and 9024E rim clamp tire changers UPC# 667420104628 in its original packaging from Hennessy (I'm a former distributor/service center and parted ways with Hennessy in '05). I have a quantity of 5. One (old design) measures 2 1/8", has green ends, and is in a padded envelope with a barcode label. Four (new design) measure 2 1/4", have metal ends, and are in clear zipper bags with a barcode label. Please message me before purchasing to specify which type you prefer.
