Used heavy duty diesel wet liner puller used in truck repair shop will pull wet liners in commercial diesels like cat, cummins, detroit, and others with a 5 1/2 bore or you can change the puller plate for smaller cylinder bores. used this all the time in my shop pulls liners with ease, i think its OTC but not sure, this is a commercial tool not a China piece of junk will last a lifetime and more
