Step 2: Slide the nylon collar assembly with handlebar top clamp over the end of the throttle.Loosely fasten the handlebar bottom clamp to the top clamp around the handlebar. Step 7: Rotate the throttle assist arm and thumb lever to the desired position.Retighten the top/bottom clamp in desired position.
