I am offering up my snap on CT861 impact for repair or parts. The reason why is about half of the time it works fine and powerful , but other times the lights flash and it operates at half power. I suspect it may be my aged batteries, but I don’t have a newer one to test that theory with. It can be sent out with your snap on dealer for repair, or if you have a broken one and you need parts either way there’s still some good in it.
