Used but appears to be fine as it reacts to ohm meter function when I put terminals together. RPM clamp is mangled by touching something hot inside the engine probably bit clips on and appears to be intact wire-wise (see last photo). The other two clips are fine. Again, I did not test it, I just assume it is OK because it jumps up the scale in the ohm meter mode. Plenty instructions on line how to use these. I would think dwell angle setting is one of the most used functions on point ignition cars.
