This is a brand new never used Griot's Garage 3 Inch random orbiter buffer. it includes 2 Pads, 1- 3" Orange Polish Oad and 1- # Red Wax Pad. Manual, wrench and Instruction DVD is included. The backing plate dry rotted from storage; I have a new vented 3" backing plate on order from Griots and will be shipping together. There is no original box. This buffer was never used and is brand new condition.
