Hall valve seat grinder on dresser stand. Unit powers on but does make some noise, the spindle turns freely with the flick of the wrist so it just might be gear noise but I’m not sure what this unit would have sounded like new. Either way sold as you see it missing atleast the top handle and a bolt in the dresser angle setting fixture. Stone is going to need replaced as well.
