(1) The LS harmonic balancer install tool is not fit for Gen 2 LT1 5.7 engines (1992-1997). This tool is for harmonic balancer installation only, and NOT remove a harmonic balancer. The LS harmonic balancer installer tool is compatible with GM LS and LT series engines 1997-current (Gen 3, 4, & 5).
