Top camera fully operational, bottom camera has bad sensor and would need to be replaced, if you have a working bottom camera, they can be fairly easily swapped out with three small bolts. Or if you are able to source the correct camera sensor it would be able to be refurbished. The circuitry was checked and deemed to be in working order by a local expert, the actual optical sensor is what malfunctioned.
