We tested the computer. It powers on and allowed the mouse to scroll through the Hunter programs options. There are signs of wear and use, but overall, it is in pretty nice shape. The face of the computer doesn't fully snap into place, but this does not affect functionality, especially when it is in the cabinet (only noticed while moving).
