Condition is Used. (L2105) cleaning out my storage area. No longer use it. It's well used and heavy duty. I plugged it in and it works. Didn't have anything to test it on to do any further testing. There us black electric tape near the handle. You can see the condition in the pictures. Please know that I use new and recycled materials for packaging and it may smell a bit musty from being stored. ..
