J1939-II Adapter for Paccar Diagnostic Port Nexiq data link adapter. Identical to DrewLinq cable # CBL-DL-C3C1 and Nexiq 406004but with improved locking ring connector for secure connection. Allows older scanner and scanners only capable of reading J1939 to work on the newer Paccar vehicles.
