It’s from the original Kobalt Quality USA line first generation with snap on date code! 1999 date code very nice condition I’ve owned for many years and rarely used my old Kobalt’s These original Kobalt tools were made in USA and very high quality. Made by J.H. Williams a division of snap-on these original Kobalt tools used the snapon date codes. Date codes on these will be 1997 to 2002. These were the only years Williams made Kobalt. Getting hard to find these fine tools!! I will be selling some of my collection as time goes on.
