It’s a longacre tire probe attached to an adapter that will allow you to read tire temperatures with a multimeter. It’s the best budget setup you’ll get, and it also saves room in your trackside tool box since you don’t need to pack a multimeter and pyrometer kit. You can either use this as a replacement probe if you already have a tire pyrometer, or you can use this with a multimeter that has a temperature function.
