Lot of 2 Vintage 1/2" Ratchets Penens Bonney + Sockets Proto Plumb

There are 2 ratchets. They are both 1/2" heads. There is a Penens Corp and a Bonney 4098. Both are Made in USA and both seem to turn in either direction. I did not go out and tighten bolts, but they seem to be in working order.
