Ditch that belt and go with a traditional 530 rear drive chain setup! We designed these chain conversion kits back in 2011. The locking tab washer is stainless steel. The countershaft (front) sprocket is 22 teeth, and the rear sprocket is 48 teeth, for a 2.18:1 gearing ratio.
