MAC Tools ET-940 Solid State Tach-Dwell meter RPM Tachometer Untested - Read

Thanks for taking a look at the listing! I believe the internal battery is dead on this, per page 5 of the instructions. I was not able to test this unit. Please see photos for exact condition and let me know if you have any other questions.
