Condition is new. Use in restricted areas above the cylinder heads. Pliers handles rotate to any position above the head while jaws reached into the spring cavity. Use straight up or at any angle down to 90°. Jaw tips, hook underneath, stubborn valve, stem seals. Works on newer overhead cam engines with recessed valves.
