The ESL / ELV emulator is used to help W204, W207 and W212 vehicles start the engine when the original steering lo-ck fails and you can not start the engine. NEC chip is lo-cked, theoretically it can be unlo-cked, but actually a new ESL/ ELV can solve it perfectly.
