This is a set of Milwaukee chrome hand ratchets, its the full line minus the 1/2 15 inch breaker bar, so you got the stubby 1/4 and 3/8, standard 1/4 3/8 and 1/2, then long handle fixed head 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 and then flex head 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 and then also long handle flex 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 as well as the 1/2 drive 24 inch breaker bar and a few 1/4 body to 3/8 drive conversions which are the q/4 drive models thats laying down on their sides in the picture, theres over 1000 bucks retail in ratchets here, all brand new.
