This is a new MD998738 equivelant timing tensioner tool. It's also used for T-belt change Per Mitsubishi service manual on the 4G64 1995-2003 2.4L Galant. Outlander 03'-12' 2.4 L. This is also used in Hyundai Sonata's 92-98 2.0L (vin P) and Elantra's 1.6L (Vin R) and 1.8L (Vin M) Elantra's 94-95.
