This Mr Clean Touchless Autocare Kit is New Open Box. It is brand new and never been used as shown by the original soap and filter packages in the pictures. It was however dirty from years of sitting and I will not sell an item like that to someone. So I opened the package and cleaned the sprayer off and wiped everything down. As the pictures show the box is less than ideal shape and the instructions have some damage but minimal and nothing major. This is still a great product and find that has never been used. Want the buyer to be aware this box shows its age.
