This is a combination set, external and internal adjustable thread. Restore or thread repair set number 1017 NES. This is actually a brand new set that sat in my toolbox. I tried using one tool and didn't know how to use it. It is in pics, I scuffed it up a little bit. Other than that everything is in perfect shape just has scuff on 1 tool not even bad.
