Brand new never used. Still inside original bag. These are the very cool and rare industrial black oxide finish. Black oxide over time has a tendency to lightly develop surface rust if not oiled. These are brand new old stock and may require oiling upon removing from the packaging. I am all about full disclosure. The one you see in the photo required light oil and steel wool when I removed it from the packaging. I do not plan to open the packages of the other ones. The light rust comes right off.
