One (1) unused Snap On SPP46 Mini Flat Blade Screwdriver Pat No 201171 has rust. Somehow the sealed plastic pack allowed the shaft to rust a little. Purchase includes one (1) sealed SPP46. I opened the worst one to clean and remove rust. Handle, and tip are perfect. There is some oxidation/rust on the shaft.
