1 Pint of Rainbow XL (Color of choice). 1 Pint of Base Black (Unless Specified). 1 Pint of Reducer. Rainbow XL is easy to apply and can even be applied by a airbrush. For best results use a Black, Silver and Gold base coat but using different colors will give you a real custom effect.
