De-ices frozen fuel filters and re-liquifies gelled fuel. Prevents fuel filter icing and removes water from fuel system. Effective in all diesel fuels, including ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) and biodiesel blends containing up to 20% biodiesel (B-20).
