Neon Yellow is a florescent yellow that glows when exposed to black light. (This is not a glow-in-the-dark product.) This color is a polyester solid tone powder coat and has a high gloss finish. ***NOTE: Please be aware that the pigment used to formulate this color may have small black or red specks.
